I started looking for a tractor in the fall of ’06. With zero experience, this made research and education a must, so I was careful not to buy the first one I liked, which was a half-hour away, at Wallace tractor and equipment. I researched on the web, followed equipment on e-bay, and visited almost all the various company sales offices in (and out) of the area. In May of this year, I bought a Kioti CK30HST (with front loader, backhoe, finishing mower, and plough), from, yes, Wallace Tractor & Equipment. Rick’s a good teacher. He doesn’t give me more information than I can digest at a time, but he checks periodically to see where I’m at, and gives me direction. When I called to ask about some maintenance work on the tractor, I happened to mention that it took me thirty minutes to attach the backhoe. He said: “Sir, 30 minutes is too long. For you not to fully enjoy my product is unacceptable. When you pick up your tractor, please allow some extra time”. The next day, Rick described several improvements in my technique, and had Mike run me through detaching and reattaching the backhoe. And use of the front loader. Oh, and Mike checked my rig and saw my trailer brake readout inside my truck was mounted incorrectly, and remounted it. And Rick installed my toolbox. All free, with more support to follow. Meanwhile, I call for advice, and always get it. Of course the tractor is great. I have had one problem, which they fixed quickly and conveniently- but in a world of high-quality, standardized products, that’s to be expected. What’s unexpected is that Wallace take service to the next level. For me, that’s the last word. Thanks Rick, Amy, Mike and all the guys. You deserve your success. If any reader wants more information, please don’t hesitate to call, Len Watkins |

Dear Rick and Amy, I am writing to express my sincerest thanks for all that you have done for me. Shopping for a tractor can be quite an ordeal! Having knowledgeable, helpful dealers like you around takes all of the mystery out of this experience. You are by far the most "expert" people I dealt with throughout the process. Kioti should be proud of you! I would also like to comment on the stellar performance that I received at your service department. I ordered a DK 55c with a FEL and rear finishing mower. The mower developed a slight leak shortly after I received it. One call to your dealership and the problem was resolved. The next day when your technician showed up with replacement parts! Since my original purchase I have added power angle snowplow to my arsenal of implements. Again, this was ordered and professionally installed by the fine folks at Wallace tractor, and this, just like all the rest have worked exactly as promised. I will refer friends and family to you! Good luck with your business! Sincerely, |

I spent close to a year in the market for either a skid steer or a compact tractor. I talked with what seemed like 100 guys about what they had and visited numerous dealerships with hopes of making my decision easier. Well the guys with skid steers aimed me in the skid steer direction while the compact tractor guys said they couldn't be more happy with their tractor. The dealerships I visited didn't care what I needed, they just wanted to sell me a "machine".
I called Rick in September of '07 to hear what he had to say about the Kioti line, a somewhat unheard of line of tractors. It was obvious with that phone call that Rick knew what he was talking about when it came to equipment. We talked for a while as I expressed my concerns about the decision, he made a good impression and the phone call ended.
Three months later, I found myself in Mt. Cobb talking to Rick face to face. I walked in and he asked if he could help. "Absolutely, I said, I'm in the market for such and such." Rick fired back with "Ok, what do you need". Well, the reality of it was I didn't know what I needed, I just knew I needed a machine. So I told him what I wanted to do with the machine and he fit the machine to me. I was concerned with lifting capacity, ease of multiple users, weight of unit, implement capabilities, and finally price. Rick and I talked and walked his lot for a good hour or so while I asked 100 questions and he fired answers back. I learned a lot during that visit and left with a good feeling.
By now my decision was narrowed down to a compact tractor; on paper, it proved far more versatile for me than a skid steer. We met again in January when I purchased a Kioti DK40 with KL401 loader (72" bucket), grill/brush guard, 6' Brush Hog SQ720, and a 18' Belmont landscape trailer.
The entire process was made very easy by both Rick and Amy along with the staff behind the scenes. The deal was finalized on January 12, 2008 and the tractor was put to use on our horse farm the next day. As spring and summer approach, I also have every intention on using this tractor as a new edition to our fleet of lawn and landscape equipment at DB Lawn Solutions.
Hats off to Wallace Tractor and Equipment.
Sincerely, Dan Bantell |

Dear Rick and Amy |
This
thing is great. I took the backhoe off (actually Rick took it off)
and attached the Bush Hog and cut about an acre of overgrown (5' Tall)
weeds. Buy a tractor from Rick and you will get a shirt and your choice of a hat. I drove 5 hours to deal with Rick and Amy and was extremely impressed with them and their operation. With all the rain, snow and mud we have had I only have a few hours on my new CK20HST & KL120 fel but it is a wonderful machine and meets or beats my expectations. My brother visited yesterday to see my new toy (I mean MACHINE) and he had an absolute blast with it, to a point that I thought I would never get him off it!..... I spent the better part of a year going from
dealer to dealer (Kubota, NH, JD, and Kioti) getting prices and "interviewing" dealers. Seem to be many fine Kioti dealers here at
TBN, but with that said, I don't think that you can go wrong with Rick & Amy
at Wallace Tractor. Anyone who is considering buying a Kioti tractor would
be wise to talk to Rick and Amy Wallace. I bought a CK30 TLB from Wallace
in April of 2005 and they have stood behind the Kioti's from day one.
I was concerned about the dealer since I live about 100 miles from
Wallace. However, whether its been ordering filters, asking stupid
questions, or more recently, replacing a faulty fuel gauge float assembly,
Wallace has been truly professional and courteous. I wish all things
in life were as easy! When I was on the Kioti "fence" here in the forum, you gave me a call and talked for about 30 min. Knowing that I wanted to buy locally, you still took the time to give me all the info/facts and suggestions without trying to sell me "your" tractor. This my friend is what makes the difference between just a Dealer, and a "Great Dealer". For anyone reading here you come highly recommended..............Keep up the good work!

Just got back to New England from a vacation in Dixie. On the way through PA, I stopped for a visit at Wallace Tractor. They have a fine facility there and it was as friendly as I have seen others say in this forum. Rick gave me the nickel tour and I was impressed. He would have given me the 50-cent tour, but the CFO was waiting in the car and you all know, that is the last person you want to tick off as you’re filling your eyes with next spring’s purchases. I just wanted to publicly thank Rick for his time and to say that anyone interested in purchasing Kioti products should give them a hard look. No I did not get a hat or tee shirt or key ring or anything else but a business card. So this truly is a freewill and unpaid endorsement. In all fairness I didn’t give him much time to think about offering any memorabilia but next time I visit I might turn up the heat a little! Good Luck Rick……
Picked up my first tractor with 2385 hoe, brush hog, forks and extra buckets. Rick and Amy were excellent to deal with. Anybody interested in buying a tractor and accessories should call Wallace Tractor first. Rick went the extra mile and loaded and securely tied down the tractor, although it did move (haa Haa, just kidding) All was great….. I've had my Kioti 45s w/FEL for about 2 weeks now. I bought from Wallace Tractor and found it to be one of the best deals around and Rick & Amy were super. Spent this weekend using the FEL to move gravel into my barn, build a dog pen floor, and spread gravel on the drive…. Just purchased a new Dk35 with loader, SQ720 Bush Hog, and woods 72 box blade from Wallace tractors. I have only 5hrs on it so far but it has been great so far. Would like to Thank Rick and Amy Wallace, from Wallace Tractor they were very helpful and I would very highly recommend buying a tractor from them….. Thank you for your polite, courteous, and prompt response to my DK55C, condensation in cab, problem. I also want to inject a stronger plug for Rick and Amy Wallace. GREAT PEOPLE!!! REAL GO-GETTERS!!! Very hard working, diligent, aggressive, responsible, professional, personable, people!! I researched many a tractor before deciding to purchase my Kioti. I also met with and spoke to many dealers and salesman of all makes and models, traveling great distances to do so. Not until I met Rick and Amy Wallace, did anyone even seem to care whether or not they even sold me a tractor! Could not believe the apathy!! We were not talking chump change here, as you well know. If Rick and Amy were not aware of certain features or attachments I wanted with the tractor, they went right to work researching, making phone calls, getting prices, finding out all they possibly could to accommodate me. If they could not find out what I needed to know while I was at their dealership in person, they would keep digging until they found answers and then correspond to me by phone. Like I said, they were and are the best I have met!!! I am going to send Kioti a copy of this, also, and would also appreciate if you could give a copy of this to the person or persons highest up in your organization or provide me with the email address or addresses so I can forward this message to them. Again thanks for your time and professionalism!! Congrats" Rick and Amy well deserved recognition....enjoyed
dealing with you, buying from you and your respond to all questions
and little problems....
